  • Overview

    Our Administrative Associates play a key role at PayneWest because they are the first individuals our clients interact with when they enter our office. They are in charge of facilitating positive client interaction and providing office support to our internal colleagues. Our Administrative Associates are team-oriented, friendly, and have the desire to provide premier support to our clients and colleagues.


    Administrative Associates will be expected to:

    • Demonstrate leadership skills and continually lead by example.
    • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with fellow colleagues.
    • Work as a team member to achieve profit center goals and overall company goals.
    • Demonstrate positive customer service skills, internally and externally, with effective communication, respect, and integrity.
    • Is dependable and consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of the position.


    • Answer phones,direct calls and greet walk-in clients according to established company procedures and/or standards.
    • Process daily incoming and outgoing mail.
    • Handle incoming checks according to procedures established by Accounting Department.
    • Process overnight mail – prepare labels and arrange for pickup.
    • Handle early and late capture scanning.
    • Order office related supplies
    • Maintain office equipment (phones, voice mail, copy/scan machines, fax machines, etc.) including assisting others, keeping machines filled with paper and toner, troubleshooting, calling for repairs if necessary, etc.
    • Deliver faxes to employees several times each day.
    • Keep common areas of the office clean and well organized – including the reception area, conference rooms, work rooms, file/mail room, supply areas, etc.
    • Handle new colleague office orientation as requested.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.


    • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
